  23. Bill, could you please clarify exactly what the World Wide Web is, and how
  24. one goes about accessing systems through it?  I've attempted to get into
  25. www.newtek.com through FTP and Telnet, but I can't get past the login/pw
  26. prompts...do we have to establish an account on your system, or is there a
  27. guest/anonymoose account available??
